iOS Developer Role

As an iOS Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including mobile phones and tablet computers. Your primary focus will be on the development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure.

Job Description

· Design and build applications for the iOS platform

· Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

· Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features

· Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

· Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

· Publishing application on App Store.

· Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.

· Designing and implementing application updates.

 

Job Qualifications

· 2+ years of hands-on mobile application development (iOS) experience.

· Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, etc.

· Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

· Experience with third-party libraries like RxSwift, Moya, Alamofire.

· Proficient understanding of Swift 4 and React native

· Experience working with REST-based API

· Experience with unit testing and UI tests

· Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines

· Experience with uploading apps to Apple store

· Experience with app architectures like MVC, MVVM, and others

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services

· Sound knowledge of Native iOS programming.

· Ability to translate Android applications into iOS apps.

· Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards

· Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines

· Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred

· Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools {{such as Instruments and Shark, depending on project needs}

· Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

· A knack for benchmarking and optimization

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, Mercurial or SVN}}

· Familiarity with continuous integration
